4. Shipping, International Duties, and Taxes
We proudly ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and all European Union (EU) countries. Any extra import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes incurred during international transport are the sole responsibility of the recipient. IamFiftyPlus does not cover, manage, or refund these additional cross-border costs.
5. Strict Return and Refund Restrictions
Because our anti-aging skincare items are customized to order, all sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges.
In the highly exceptional circumstance that an item arrives physically damaged or faulty, you must report the issue to our support team at info@iamfiftyplus.com immediately. We handle approved damage claims—offering either a replacement or a full refund—within a strict 7 working days window from the time of report.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
